~RESERVATION POLICIES~
- Deposits: 50% deposit is required by either cash, check or credit card within 7 days of making the reservation (if time permits). Reservations without deposits will be cancelled.
- Balance due day of Float / Check - In: Last minute reservations or walk-ins accepted on an availability basis. Last minute reservations will need a credit card to hold.
- Cancellation Policy:If your trip must be cancelled or your head count reduced, your deposit will be refunded if you cancel according to the following time frame:
- Floating / Camping Reservation 10 days in advance. days in advance.
- Food Service Reservation 10 days in advance. in advance.
- Lodging Reservation Lodge Rooms and Country Cottages, 10 day cancellation. Country Manor, 30 day cancellation.
- If you cancel completely, a $10.00 service charge will be retained.
- Requesting Boat Sizes:If specific raft sizes are requested, a minimum rate per boat would be applied. ( Based on availability.)
~LODGING RESERVATIONS~
Check - In 3:00 P.M. Check-Out 11:00 A.M.
(Late arrival must be confirmed with office in advance)
- Security Deposit:A damage deposit per unit is required upon check-in via cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. A $75.00 Damage Deposit is required for each Lodge Room. Each Cottage has a $100.00 damage deposit and The Country Manor has a $300.00 damage deposit. When checking out of the unit, an inspection is given to each unit. If all is OK, the deposit is fully refundable.
- Note:Management reserves the right to assign/reassign specific units. Minimum two-night stay on weekends.
- Sorry , absolutely NO PETS allowed in any Lodging Units.
